The GPS coordinates are - (latitude and longitude) 35° 54' 39.81" N 94° 23' 51.57" W The Historic Cane Hill Harvest Festival offers a hardy Ozark Breakfast (7AM 'til 10AM - all you can eat for a modest $6 fee); Ice Cream also available. The Cane Hill Museum is now located inside the large brick College building. Calendar includes a Pie Eating Event, & a 10AM Main Street Parade, Authentic demonstration of Sorghum Molassas making, Apple Butter, Butter making, a Kid's Area, Lye Soap and Indian Artifact I.D. Cane Hill College, the first collegiate institution of learning established in Arkansas. Live music, The Flint Hill Ramblers, arts and crafts, kids games, prade and other quality events take place at the Historic Cane Hill Harvest Festival. Breakfast is served 7 - 10AM. Gifts and crafts are available for purchase where tents and booths are set up. The Lincoln Band plays in the parade and Kids enjoy walking or riding bikes or horses in the parade. Antique tractors and other automobiles will be on display. The Milcrek Cookers of Newkirk, Oklahoma will demonstrate cooking with dutch ovens. Hand made sorghum molasses and apple butter are available. The Harvest Festival has many worthy gifts for sale such as wind chimes, jewlery, porch decore, cookies and snacks made from sorghum molasses, wreathes, Civil War history, candles, homemade cookies, pork rins , kettle corn, lye soap, butter making, apple butter, ice cream, pie, clothes, cloth bags, hand made pillows, quilts, shaws, wraps, hats, knitted doggie pancho, big hardy (bacon, egg, biscuits 'n gravy, and pancakes - all you can eat) breakfast, bar-b-que, beef, Brisket, and pork...
